DenialAppeal is a document-preparation tool, not a law firm or attorney. We do not give legal advice, do not represent you, and do not guarantee any appeal result. Plan and state rules vary. You alone are responsible for deadlines and submissions. Review this draft and consult a licensed attorney in your state before relying on or filing anything.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

DenialAppeal (“we”) operates a self-help document-preparation website. Contact: support@denialappeal.com (preview address — responses may be delayed).

2. Scope

This Policy describes how we handle information when you use the site and draft tools. It is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices; we are not your health plan or provider.

3. Information we may collect

We do not ask for Social Security or government ID numbers; if pasted, we attempt to reject or scrub.

4. How we use information

We do not sell health information. We do not use your appeal content to train or fine-tune models in v1.

5. Retention

Withdrawn: older drafts that said generated artifacts default to 30 days or workspace idle 90 days as v1 defaults.

6. Sharing

Infrastructure processors under contract; payment processors (future); advisors; or when required by law. We do not sell your information.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit; encryption at rest for any retained uploads). No method is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

Download your own copies; decline email retention (default); request deletion; email support@denialappeal.com for privacy requests (preview address — responses may be delayed).

9. Children

Not directed to children under 13 (or higher age as required). Parent/guardian confirmation required where a minor’s information is involved.

10. Changes / counsel placeholders

We may update this Policy by posting a new version. State addenda, cookies, and legal entity names: to be completed by US counsel before production launch.
